Integrating sustainability into strategic management is key for organizations to contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) while ensuring their competitiveness. This paper addresses how to align corporate strategies with the SDGs through key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure environmental, social and economic impacts. The SDGs provide a universal framework, but their implementation requires translating them into tangible targets, prioritizing those linked to the core business. Strategic management must incorporate sustainability from the planning stage, allocating resources and defining specific KPIs. These indicators make it possible to evaluate progress, communicate results to stakeholders and adjust strategies in real time. The methodology used consists of the following steps: 1) Mapping SDGs to organizational objectives, 2) Prioritizing SDGs and goals, 3) Integrating SDGs and goals to defined processes and objectives, and finally 4) Evaluation and improvement. The research allows identifying that the SDGs that most impact the strategic projection of the University of Computer Sciences, on the other hand, the nine declared strategic objectives and most of the university processes contribute to the SDGs and their goals, however, there are reservations from the support processes, finally it is considered that it is possible to expand the impact of the indicators of strategic planning, especially, in the global goals related to social and environmental issues.
