Pay
Delegates may proceed to pay the registration fee once their work has been accepted by the Scientific Committee.
Foreign delegates will make payment through the link that will be sent through the event platform.
National delegates will make payment by bank transfer or through one of the national payment gateways to the KAINOS S.A. Account. In the case of institutional payments, contracts will be signed with the company itself.

In the case of foreign participants who wish to attend without a presentation, they can register on the platform and request their payment link.
Associated Services
For the convenience of our Foreign Delegates, the GIRA Group and Havanatur S.A. offer comprehensive packages, which include: registration fee, accommodation at the hotel hosting the event (TI) or other nearby hotels, and transfer from Varadero airport – hotel – Varadero airport. In addition, excursions and other services are offered. Other transfers from Cuban airports must be requested.
